Assist with planning, developing, and facilitating employee initiatives, events, and communications to advance and maintain a culture of excellence. Foster an environment where the empowerment of employees builds a culture and climate in which they have the competency, concern, and commitment to serve our patients and customers with the highest level of customer service.


  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers of Human Resources in all matters and transactions.
  • Manage the identification badge process for employees, contractors, students, and visitors ensuring accuracy in all information on issued badges.
  • Full cycle event coordination and program administration of employee engagement programs, including coordinating all logistics for meetings such as scheduling, booking meeting rooms & equipment, ordering catering, etc.
  • Coordination and administration of employee satisfaction surveys.
  • Coordination and administration of employee recognition programs, including Daisy and service awards.
  • Support internal communications with creation and delivery of high-quality communications that provide information in a simple but compelling way.
  • Collect feedback on engagement, satisfaction, and recognition activities and programs, and be able to demonstrate and speak to impact.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and other forms of communications about programs and their results that can be cascaded up to SLT and down to operational directors as needed.
  • Bring forward recommendations and solutions to ensure high quality, high impact employee engagement, satisfaction, and recognition activities.
  • Manage, publish, and maintain content on the ADP home page.
  • Manage and maintain a master calendar to coordinate all employee engagement, satisfaction, and recognition activities.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for the HR Department for general phone, e-mail, and fax inquiries, and in a timely manner accurately resolve or escalate inquiries as appropriate.
  • Retrieve, sort, and deliver incoming mail and packages.
  • Manage inventory and ordering of all HR related supplies, including office supplies and promotional materials.
  • Prepare the department’s purchasing card reconciliation for approval & submit by the noted deadline.
  • Maintain meeting minutes, notes, and action items for departmental staff meetings.
  • Ability to work assigned hours, and occasionally outside assigned working hours as needed.
  • Participates in department meetings and continuing education opportunities.
  • Maintains confidentiality of all Human Resources and company information and data.
  • Performs all duties in an ethical manner consistent with the I Promise statement.
  • Performs other job-related duties as assigned.

MINIMUM EDUCATION: Associate’s Degree in Organizational Behavior, Human Resources, Marketing, Communications, or similar field.


PREFERRED EDUCATION:  Bachelor’s Degree in Organizational Behavior, Human Resources, Marketing, Communications, or similar field.


MINIMUM EXPERIENCE: Two (2) years’ work experience coordinating companywide employee program and events with minimal supervision.


PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:  More than five (5) years’ work experience coordinating companywide employee program and events with minimal supervision.
