As a key member of the recruitment team, this position is responsible for full-cycle recruitment of positions critical to the organization’s success in achieving its clinical, business, and strategic objectives. Specifically, this role manages all aspects of the provider recruitment process including leading, guiding, and supporting senior and clinical leadership throughout the recruitment process; researching and compiling key provider demographic information; appropriate identification and screening of candidates for further evaluation; and assuring compliance with all recruitment guidelines and regulations.
People Management/Department Management/Business Unit Management:
MINIMUM EDUCATION: A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
PREFERRED EDUCATION: A Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
MINIMUM EXPERIENCE: Five (5) years’ experience recruiting at the executive level and/or physician recruiting. At least three (3) years supervisory experience.
PREFERRED CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSURE: Human Resources or Recruiting Certification(s)
