Overview

In collaboration with patients, families (as defined by the patient) and staff across all disciplines and departments is responsible for providing administrative support and assistance to the designated Senior Leadership Team (SLT) member(s).

Responsibilities

Essential Duties (at least 5 that are non‐negotiable duties and are absolutely pertinent to successfully completing the job without
accommodations):


PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES
 Complete a variety of special projects as directed by the SLT member(s).
 Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations and other documents.
 Answer and manage incoming calls and visitors.
 Schedule appointments, make travel arrangements, and maintain SLT member(s) calendars.
 Coordinate meetings and events as required.
 Attend meetings and prepare records and minutes of meetings.
 Serve as liaison with various business and community partners and internal staff at all levels.
 Respond to sensitive issues, concerns and questions from SLT, the public and others.
 Respond verbally and in writing to public information requests and other time‐sensitive and confidential issues, concerns and questions.
 Prepare SLT member expense reports and reconcile business credit card statements.
 Supports the executive and assigned teams as directed.
 Supports executive‐level projects and initiatives as directed.
 Perform other duties as assigned.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/ KEY COMPETENCIES
 High level of skill at building relationships and providing excellent customer service.
 High level of organization and ability to multitask.
 Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
 Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
 Proficiency in the use of computer software, including but not limited to Microsoft Office Suite.
 Ability to maintain confidentiality.
 Ability to utilize independent discretion and judgment.

Qualifications

MINIMUM EDUCATION:
 High school diploma or equivalent.


MINIMUM EXPERIENCE:
 5 years of experience working in an administrative role including support of an executive.
 Demonstrated experience in administrative and clerical procedures.
 Experience performing executive administrative functions including scheduling travel, planning and scheduling meetings, and
coordinating calendar activities.
