This opportunity is designed to allow you to observe a realistic preview of some of the job responsibilities you may have. Please read the following information carefully before signing. Waiver of Liability & Hold Harmless Agreement I understand and agree there are inherent risks in being in a healthcare environment and I assume and accept those risks. This position will serve as a fundamental team member to continue to cultivate CommUnityCare’s team-based care model initiatives to serve the community by reaching a large portion of the population. This position may require travel between CommUnityCare sites.

The Diagnostic Medical Sonographer performs patient assessments, acquires, and analyzes data obtained using ultrasound, and uses independent judgment and systematic problem-solving methods to produce high quality diagnostic information and optimize patient care. Provides a summary of findings to the physician or health care provider to aid in patient diagnosis and management. Participates in CQI activities.
