The Lead Patient Pre-Registration Specialist will support the Pre-Registration Team and the Patient Pre-Registration Manager by answering staff questions, coaching, and assisting with the training of new and existing team members. This position will also perform all the duties of the Patient Pre-Registration Specialist including verifying benefits and eligibility for a multi‐specialty group and facilitate connection to financial screening services, as needed to support patient access to quality health services.
